Depends. If those clicks are pointless traffic that won't convert, then I would not pay jack for it. On the other hand if I get targeted traffic that converts, I'd pay a handsome amount for it depending on the conversion rates.

if its just forced clicks then its not worth even 1$ , on the other hand if they are legit you can easily get 5$ per 1k
