You will need both bandwidth and disk space. Browsing takes bandwidth. You will need disk space for the OS and logs since it's a VPS. On NL servers, most datacenters limit every server to only 15 IP's so IP's could be a problem. However, I could offer you our basic VPS package(with 4 additional IP's - $2 per IP).

factor i have looked in many places , i found no company offering dedicated ips with shared hosting plan or low budget vps in greece with 5 ips or more .
