Extract Data From Feeds

Hey guys, i am hiring a coder to code me a script to extract data from feeds and then output it to a .txt file using php with a specific post template of my choice.

So for example:

If i was wanting to extract data from lets say my site Post-Zone, I would have the feed as such http://www.post-zone.com/category/adult/feed/rss/ and then in that i wanted to extract each post with the relevant information.

The script will have to keep re-checking the site every 10-15 minutes.

Yahoo's Pipes do everything you want for free, just google some tutorials and you will be okay
And if you are going to use Wordpress you can install auto-blogged and uses Pipes Generated Feed to post the content.
