Where are the twilight.ws and nexusddl.com admins?

they make replies mate.. I have problem on Nexus because they are asking me to remove a flag counter on footer to rate me up but I don't want to remove it, lol

about on Twilight, they make my site rank 2 times in 1 week. first requested rank is 3*, then few days they make it 4*

I mailed nexusddl admin Splitice
like many times to re-rate my site and no response
i have like 700+ posts on nexusddl still 1* and i mailed him and also pm him but no response from him.
But about Whoo he is the best person i ever seen.
he works hard a lot .
