I read this tip and trick at xenu.ws ..but didn't get this completely.Whats this.Can any1 explain a bit?

"Rapidshare to Rapidshare Uploading

Go to a site like ************* and shorten the following:
http://your_user:your_pass@rs22.rapi...e_id/your_file
Replace all of the your_* occurances with the correct information.
Once done, enter your URLShort link into the RS Remote Upload page and it should start uploading right away."

why donnt u just do remote uploading through rapid leech?

I haven't ever used rapid leech.Is it a remote uploading bot?If yes,i m gonna use it!!!
