Need help with custom Vbulletin Affiliate page

I have added an affiliates page to my site and everything is working except for one thing. Once you go to my affiliates page and want to go back to the main forum it takes you right back to the affiliates page. Here is what I am talking about:

This is where the URL pints to:

http://www.phrozenfilez.com/Affiliates.php/index.php

Any help on fixing this so the affiliates.php does not show up?

your forum home tab and clickable logo has a return address to your affiliates page, edit to your main page address

Yes I know, my site was down for about 5min. Everything is working once again

go to your Affiliates.php file, and edit path , like to where ever you see

<a href="$vboptions[forumhome].php$session[sessionurl_q]">

replace with

<a href="http://www.phrozenfilez.com/>

theres more ways to fix, this is easiest for me

I dont have that in my Affiliates.php page. This is the Mod I used:

well, i read thru that post, and there's alot of mods you can do to this.Id read all of them and see if one worked, Im out of ideas, but, at least I tried

Where the link to /index.php is add "../index.php" that will take you back to the root public_html directory when you click it.
