Please help me, I have been scammed!

Well, recently I have been scammed by MSN email sanders@fbi.gov. My partner and I went looking for a new custom theme for are site. We found him. People said they knew him. They were good bud's. Trustworthy. But it turns out in the end he oweshis "bud" 50$ which I was never told.

The custom theme was going to be amazing. Coded & everything. But this is a premade theme in the first place. It's just that all the images are going to be done for us and some stuff will be edited. I just found out today that it was a pre-made theme. He told us that it was his custom theme. My partner and I couldn't find it anywhere so we trusted him. He wanted 20$ before and 20$ before he sends the download link to us.

It was about a week ago, we sent him 20$ then he just went offline. For a long ass time. 8 days when he said he was going to be done with the theme and send us the link within 12 hours. When he got back he said that he was on vacation. We trusted him. He wanted the other 20$ then he said "I will send it to you".

We sent him the 20 then he went offline...

Are payment method was paypal. We just did the payment method in payment obliviously so we can send a ticket in. I want to be sure we can do this correctly.

this is why you never pay in advance. Get the person to send a sample with a watermark on it BEFORE you pay!! Him going on vacation with no word should have been your first clue

And anyways, the deal wasnt done on KWWH so noone here is responsible and we cant help you.
