Some low maintenance sites

Im looking to pick up some low maintenance sites (so pre-established), I dont have anything against warez or porn sites, but I guess I would push more towards not purchasing any more adult sites since I just built up 2.

Let me know what you have, and let me know the earnings, traffic, what it needs to be hosted (bandwidth, space, what its currently hosted on). Oh and also let me know if the domain and everything to do with the site is included or just parts of it.

Finally let me know what you want for it, if you dont know just make an estimate and we can go from there.

I would prefer to buy sites with a .com, .net, .org or .ca domain rather than something with a 2nd tier domain like .info or something like that but I wont turn you away just because of that.

Oh and automated type sites are a plus (since they are extremely low maintenance)

EDIT: I forgot I have a pretty large budget (dont offer me like $20,000 sites though haha) since I just got a nice payout from my file and image hosts
