Image resize in DLE

How to resize images in datalife

I always have down scrool so I can not setup my site to be fit on 1024x768

I found this but it is not working

open style.css or template.css and add at the end:
#post-img img{max-width: 500px}
Change the number 500 to what size you want it to be.
Now Open shortstory.tp and search for:
{short-story}
Change it to:
<span id="post-img">{short-story}</span>
Now Open fullstory.tpl and search for:
{full-story}
Cange it to :
<span id="post-img">{full-story}</span> 

Please help

There is an option in settings to resize images.
