New server have IP blacklisted

hello friends,

I need your help...
I received my new dedicated server from worldstream and I notice that my server IP have their IPs blacklisted.

Server IPs are:
217.23.11.94 (main IP)
217.23.11.95
217.23.11.96

I used this website to check:

What this means? and what should I do?
Request a new server/ip to worldstream?
Is this really important?

not also uploading... have 10 websites in there such as forums, social network, file hosting like hotfile, tube site, etc...

This test will check a mail server IP address against 147 DNS based email blacklists. (Commonly called Realtime blacklist, DNSBL or RBL). If your mail server has been blacklisted, some email you send may not be delivered. Email blacklists are a common way of reducing spam

Most likely the IP's they assigned to you when you first purchased the dedicated server were already blocked. I would recommend emailing your dedicated server provider asking them for non-blocked IP's you can also try yourself by emailing the people who've listed your dedicated IP's as blocked.

I would recommend sending invoice proof etc showing that you're the new owner of this IP's.
