godaddy account locked what should i do??

i buy a domain 4rm godaddy.com, i add name server,website working fine.

Today i recieve this mail from godaddy:



what should i do, Should i submit my id card ??

one thing should i submit id card of paypal account holder or mine??

Well it's telling you to give them a scanned copy of your driving license/passport, so why are you asking us what you should do ?

your cousins of course the holder of the paypal account is your cousin so scan it and send them as simple as that.
