    im not sure how cpanel backups work but im sure its just everything in one zip file all you have to do is extract the database and forum files and re-upload them to your direct admin like the database would go in phpmyadmin and upload the forum files via ftp and oviously changing the database settings if they are diffrent
    Signature too big, removed by staff.
