Fastest browser with IDM Concept ??

If you use IDM, it will download at the fastest possible speeds, it grabs all the speed available.

When I use IDM to download, it gives 250-350 KiB/s speed.
But when I try to browse a site via firefox or chrome , it starts from about 0.5 Ki/s and then site loads in a few seconds.
Any way to make it faster ?

I am using NetMeter to test the speeds.

Well try Opera it will kinda do
