for doctors its probably USA, they are one of the ones included in top of the list of who earns the most, They dont earn the most out of every profession but they are in the top list. USA is not in great shape right now due to the economy,war and crap

interesting ( regard earning ) being in the top list is the important thing ..
the problem of economy involve both of them, but i think that the doctors are not too much affected...

you can in both , i think USA has more grantee , but still not sure ...
