check your firewall on cpanel if its not blockin port 25 and 110

or reboot your imap service.

You run it in SSH.

If you are using a shared plan, which is looks like you stated above then contact your host.
If you are on a VPS or Dedicated Server then in WHM, under restart services try restarting exim.
