I'd say go to the DCs directly, try worldstream, ecatel or vpsfactory.

There is no such thing as a perfect hosting company, they either have slow support or servers, or too many downtimes, i'd suggest you contact a DataCentre, downtimes are 100x rarer there and their support isn't noobish as these hosts who hang around KWWHunction

just know i can belived they have uptime 99.9% or what ever, if they showing or have data about server uptime then this will know who got good uptime in a month

they just said have good uptime but not have data about that
