DLE fullstory problem

I have dle site and sometimes my site won't show news completely

like this

Those people using posters and every 10th article is uncomplited. Someone told me that it is a template problem but I changed 3 templates and problem still not fixed.

Please help. I am using DLE 8.5

The problem was in charset

It was utf8 and now it is cp1251
