i dont think for tht amount you will have to declare it on your income tax. In Canada anyway i think (dont qoute me) you can earn up to around 10k a year before having to declare taxable earnings. In the grey area of warez uploading and earning you have bigger things to be concerned with if caught earning from illegal filesharing
