how many the button can put in one site?

I'm a newbie, I'm a vietnamese and I'm sorry about my English.
Could you help me, please?
I have a site of warez, I puted the large button of Katz in the header.
I don't know how many the button of other site (phazedll, linkplz, hotfiledownload,..)can put in my site (slide, footer,..) ?
And how to upgrdate the star of katz form 1 to 2 or 3 or 4.
