Ok, so I create a usergroup for my graphix mod and now whenever he tries to post it says his post need moderation? What has happened?

Go to User group manager, user group, Post / Thread Permissions, Follow Forum Moderation Rules
If no, posts are always placed into moderation queue , click yes

If lokiloki's way didnt work try reinstalling. You can use Vbulletin 3.8.1 works well.
