    Proxies are not illegal but it depends on the provider some hosting providers don't allow you to use there server IP has proxies to due many reason such as it can lead to Fraudulent Online Purchase, Stolen Credit Cards, Stolen Bank Account Information, Stolen PayPal Accounts, and etc. Proxies are not illegal at all (this mostly depends on the hosting provider).
