Alright, for an radio best thing to do. I did this before. Get yourself an small VPS on preferably an 1GBPS port, if not even 100MBPS is fine (depending on the amount of listeners).

Install Shoutcast and simply run your radio! IF you need help, i'm here (i can install it for you).

If your looking for Auto DJ, i could look into it for you, since i haven't used shoutcast in 3 years now! I think icecast and flash provides "LIVE audio streaming", whereas shoutcast has an slight delay.
