    Default One Certain Site will not load! Help!!

    Am having problem to load Rl site on my pc.
    the RL site works for few hours that goes offline than after few hours later it works how can i fix this problem?
    is my pc or the router?
    i have tired flushdns, restart my router and pc, ccleaner but still in have the same problem

    when i try with proxy its works fine
