Terrible font choices and no real nice outstanding effects.
Try following some tutorials

Well the font is extremely huge, try reducing the size.

The font is not web savvy and you would have to add it as an image rather than text.
for plain text, common fonts work the best. Try arial, century gothic, verdana, calibri or helvetica.

The elements are really huge, for example the search box, I don't think you need it to be so big.
Also, where would be displaying the results, you don't seem to have any space left.

It is kinda plain and dull, try adding colours. If not at least play with grays, they are an interesting colour.

I believe web template aren't so easy so try following tutorials or at least look at some other designs for a start.

I am not against you or smth, that was just some honest critique.
