Errors / At risk hard drive

When I go into the disk management console. On my Primary slave drive, there is a yellow exclamation mark

It says "At Risk" in brackets.

Further down, it says "errors" next to it

What can I do to fix whatever is wrong with it as it doesn't say what the error is?

What type of operating System ?

maybe a low level format can fix it.But it might damage your Hard disk and you won't be able to use anymore.It's a bit risky.
