Looking For An Administrator.

Hi everyone.

I am currently looking to recruit an Administrator, or two, for my warez forum. Unfortunatly, I will not accept just anyone for this role. So, I will ask for some experienced members to apply.

Duties:

• Modifying and creating php code, so our users get only the best experience.
• General forum moderating
• A good education, I need someone who is fluent in English (native language) simply because my forum is going to be English only. (No Offence to any other member meant by this)

Requirements to Apply:

• Previous experience of Administrating a successful board (to prove it was successful I need figures)
• Previous moderation experience
• A desire to succeed and achieve
• A hunger to be the best

I have had this vision for a long time now, and now has come the time for me and the successful applicant to bring the world, a new type of forum, something that will outcompete the rest. That might sound pretentious, but I have got big plans for this.

You should post what this website is going to be about. A good admin also specializes in what the forum majors in. It would also peak interest from the right kind of people instead of just asking for any admin.

Essentially, it will be a warez forum, with aspects of streaming, torrents, The Scene, P2P etc. So a vast area of speciality.

Not going to purchase a domain or a dedicated server until I've got the foundations built.
