I would not normal ask this thing but I really need your help

So I need to download one MU file is 1000mb But When I download it I get 1kbs??

Anyway I need to use someones RL just so I can download the file and then re download it off there sever

I am not asking for much

I would pay but I have had no money for some weeks now
