I want to move my site to a stable host cause my current vps cannot hold the load of visitors and crubmling atm, so please recommend me any good host if you can

My Requirements:
A Decent processor
512-1GB Ram
10GB HDD
100 GB B/W
100 mbit(1Gbit preferably)
My site is Kloxo on Cent OS so the company hosting me should be able to move my site to there hosting
I would love to have cpanel but if it cant be then kloxo will do
Budget : 15$ to 25$ the less the better

About My Site:
