[Help needed] Rutorrent

I have installed rutorrent in my linux dedicated server

But it says

Bad link to rTorrent. Check if it is really running. Check $scgi_port and $scgi_host settings in config.php and scgi_port in rTorrent configuration file.

I tried installing rtorrent but dont really know what to do ...

Can anyone help me to install a working rtorrent + rutorrent

You may have rebooted the server. So re-screen rutorrent.
