    Default Warning - Do not purchase from Profuse Solutions

    So I bought an RDP from Profuse Solutions (profusesolutions.com) and it was nowhere near the speeds that they advertised. So of course I cancelled the service, and asked for a refund, which after around 3 days they finally gave me.

    Now, a month later, I find out that it is a RECURRING PAYMENT!
    It gets better, when I logged into the client area it said I had NO SERVICE WITH THEM and my old service was cancelled.

    WTF?!

    Now I'm in a dispute in paypal with them, and have been for 3 days. I've sent multiple emails to the sales, billing, support. No one will answer me, neither through email or the paypal dispute.

    2 more days though and I can escalate it to a paypal claim.

    So as a warning. I would advise you all to stay CLEAR of this company!

    That's not really scam. It's your mistake too. You should've cancelled the recurring payment from your pp yourself. Even if I was in their place, I'd have given you the same answer. At least show them a pic stating the money has gone back to their account and give you a refund. You can't just go on crying for this mistake.
    Contact them again with your username on that site. Make a support ticket, show the pic, transaction id and the old payment receipt too. They might pay you back.

    Well i think that's not an issue with the company itself instead of choosing Pay Now you must have done the subscription payment therefore, it takes that much per month from your account.

    So its your mistake not the company's mistake. Also your ticket may be in a queue so i think you should wait. Just provide full proof to paypal they will refund u the money.

    I dont know what else I could do. I issued a support ticket, 3 days later no response so i issued 2 more, one to support and one to billing. still no response.

    Just to test something out, I emailed from from another email and they replied within a few hours. but when i told them my problem they would no longer respond to me.

    Also, you would think that even though it was a recurring payment, when I TERMINATED MY ACCOUNT then it should also cancel the recurring payment. There was no way to cancel it in paypal, and no other way to cancel it in their client area since I already cancelled the vps and the recurring payment.

    They seem to be avoiding me at all costs.
