they took $500 for credit i didnt even type in the account so i emailed asking for a refund asap as i dont even have that im in the uk which is about ?325 and leave me overdrawn which is bad as i would get charged daily and i rang my bank asap to cancel paypal debit which i not sure if it stops payments going out and i rang them today saying why have i not been refunded when you took away the $500 for credit account and they said our side says on paypal you have been refunded it has been reversed and i said well on my side it doesnt

anyone know if they trying to scam me out of getting a refund and they seemed ignornt on the phone

I didn't had issues with them so far.

And post some screens (but remember to hide personal info) to backup your issue.

because i even got proof of email that they took off $500 and say they will refund

Check with your bank if the refund came in, or not. If not, call them again.

well i paid with paypal it still not been took out yet i think it takes about 3-5days till it gets out my bank and i just hoping it doesnt since i canceled paypal debit on my bank

but i asked for refund so it shouldnt come out and they said we contact you by email if paypal have told us it as been refunded so if i dont get a email tomorrow then i will ring paypal and ask myself to make sure they not digging a hole for themselfs to hide with my money
