Can an admin or mod cahnge the title of my thread?

I've pmed so many people over the past few months it's not even close to finding out an answer from one. and the ones that have answered are just gone off...

If a mod helps i'd appreciate it, thank you.

Simply report the thread with the new title and I haven't recieved any PM's from you.

for some reason my edit doesn't edit the title

its disabled i assume! i don't even know why it's disabled in the first place.
