The first thing that I see is the banner which needs a lot of help. Also not much of a fan of the skin, would also change that.

Hide the forums from the guest and only show a guest download, so they have a reason to register.

It looks like you just made it, so fix it up before you want someone to review your site.

* Improve your header.
* Make your forum smaller, is much easier to read.
* Make you categories private, maybe one guest cat.
* Fix your navbar, the links don't match with the background.
