Q. Can I purchase additional upgrades for my vps servers ?
A. Yes you can purchase additional server upgrades at anytime.

Q. Do you do backups of Clients vps server
A. We only do backups for us only clients are liable to back up there own server or website. You can't hold us liable for any data loss

A. Currently at this time we don't have a panel for are Windows vps server sometimes this week we'll have a WHMCS Module so user will be able to control there vps server from within WHMCS Client Area.

Q. Do you offer refunds ?
A. Yes we offer 7 Days moneyback however if you cancel after a few hours or minutes of having services with us we'll deduct $3.25 out of your refund for Windows License cost.

Are server has the Maximum of 3 TB Of Monthly bandwidth. This is equal shared between each vps server.
