Please, give advice on file host

Hi all!

I am looking for a free file host that allows:
- at least 500 mb/file
- resumable downloads for non registered users
- at least 200 kilobytes/s for download for non registered users
- reliable, been in business since months/years

For example:
megaupload.com (I'm using it)
megashares.com (too many errors with "no free slot" - users don't like it)
cramit.in (only 100 kb/s for free users)

So anyone knows a site which meets these standards and reliable, please write it here. Thanks!

Yes, you are right, i am looking for any decent free host, i don't care about earnings only those 3 important things: at least 500 mb file size allowed (so zippyshare is not good in this case), resume supported download and at least 200 kb/s download speed.
