how to learn to manage a linux server?

can someone tell me how i can learn to manage a server?

they say you need to learn linux, what do i need to learn then? i will always use servers with cpanel/whm

is there a book, or cd, or website which learn you step by step to manage a vps/ linux server?

i want also to know how you guys learned it

I can manage it if you want for 10$ , You need to learn RHEL

Just learn how to do things via command line. Or visit a bookstore for those linux guide for dummies

I have a large amount of clientele that has respect for my company and what we do

My company is not aimed towards "Warez Hosting "Warez Related Material" Just to make a quick buck, My company is based out of Texas/USA ad we have clientele around these parts and the WWW. I advertise here on KWWH only because i know their are people who whom would like my services.
