anyone using knowinservers VPS?

I wanted to know whats the (practicable) difference between the 1Gbit and 100Mbit VPS'es? What speed differences do you notice? For example between the KL100 and KL300.
Please let me know what speed you get on a shared 1Gbit, and a shared 100Mbit port

From my experiences 100mbit shared VPS usually get around 5-7Mbyte P/S. 1Gbit is usually around 20-50Mbyte P/S. Depends on who your with, if it has limited bandwidth you are probably going to get great speeds all the time. I have been with VPS before that on 100mbit get 12.5Mbyte P/S most of the time.

Never been with Knowin before though.
