Just follow these steps..
- DB Back-up
- Main Files Back-up
- Change Domain nameservers
- Upload files and re-store the db on the new host
& you are done

Just download all your forum files via FTP (skin,script files, etc)

google.com@kizmark go to cpanel file manage select all files add to zip then download this zip file and upload on new server cpanel . dont forget to copy hidden files when entering in file manager chk show hidden files..
