Speeds for rapidleech arnt really that great no matter the port speed in the NL, for that budget id recommend www.servedome.com you could get your own virtual server for that price and run rapidleech off of that.

i never use vps before. if i bought nl vps then i need someone who can manage it for me. or i should figure out myself but im so busy in these days & netherland based gives nice speed on hf,fs & mf. & about RS who cares..
