I used XSServers once (to be exact 2010-09-17 to 2010-10-17) and I got about 800 KB-1.5 MB (free user) with HF and FS. I tried to download as HF Premium but the Hotfile account just kept logging out. But Rapidshare speed was awesome (about 5 MB-10 MB). Maybe that's because it is located in Germany. I used:
