    Default Error: the upgrade patch cannot be installed...

    Can somebody help me with this problem:



    I'm using windows 7 and i want to install some software which works 100%, but when i click setup that screen appears.

    What can be problem? Help guys please

    I'm not retarded, i googled for one hour or more, all results on google dont helps me... And all windows installers are for xp, latest win installer i got, so dunno where is problem...

    btw i'm trying to install official patch for game pes 2011, i got original game, but i need to install that patch to be able to go online...
