I would like to start uploading movies but am curious on how to screen capture? What software do you guys use to capture screenshots?

If you're using RL, then it's MTN.

If you're using RDP, then it's VLC player/BS player.

If you're using sBorg/phpuploader, just tick a checkbox

actually, you can use MTN in Windows too

upcoming new RDL tool version supports MTN

There are various options for it actually

goto MTN website http://moviethumbnail.sourceforge.net/ and you'll see some applications made to do the exact same thing . Use one of them!
