MediaCoder has many different versions and the 'FULL VERSION' the one I use is CPU Based.

Besides, If encoding via a graphics card is a lot better than a CPU; GPUs are getting a lot more faster than CPUs.

I have to use a CPU Based because 'Datacenters' don't provide high performing graphic cards, therefore why I use the full version of Media Coder, You can use up to 16 Cores.
