VPS for RL/TF

Heyy Guys,

I want to get a VPS for Uploading purposes...

What i need :
A VPS where i can have RL + TF (or PhP Uploader also maybe).
HDD : Minimum 30 GB
Budget : 20$ Approx..
Bandwidth : Unlimited
Port Speed : 100MBits
OS : Linux/Windows (Any, doesnt matter)

Please note : I need to download from HF/MU/FS... So make sure that you have good download speed with them....
Dont matter whether Germany or USA or wherever!!! But need speed... If possible, give me a proof also...

You can request additional bandwidth at anytime if you choose servedome they're highly recommended by alot of peoples here at KWWHunction I use them myself haven't had any problems they do now offer USA VPS Servers.
