how to replace bad words?

i want it replaced by like:
sex= s*x
fuck=f*ck

how can i do this?

Not sure on vBulletin.

Admin CP>vBulletin Options>Censorship Options

There will be a windows where it says censorship words, just add your words there.

Or i am sure there is a few mods out there, you can do this with also.
