We already mailed everyone on Friday that this port/speed issue if from Netdirekt and will be fixed till Monday (today) or Tuesday max as said by Netdirekt
If you have any problem, why dont you just make a support ticket >?

It's a download site with contents hosted on file host (HF, FS, etc), but the traffic could be something that normal "unlimited" shared hosting hate to see (could use up to 4TB per month)
