I belive these just run on VPS.

As far as it goes i would not trust them.
They also resell using vps off santrex.

The owner was quite rude and threatend to hack me. he also sells nulled whmcs to client's.

I mean the IP points to Hosting24.ru and their main site is on a NetDirekt Server

russian servers are expensive, therefore a company has to get money however they can.
if they are good, then it might be worth it to you.
