no Russian warez/movies/mp3/..., any Russian copyright-protected content whats does that mean does that only mean for russian music and movies not allowed but everywhere out of rus allowed files

When I contacted the same to the DC they said, they have to write it so that the Russian Laws cannot sue them for promoting copyright infringement activity. They said, it is allowed though and if any Russian Organization files a complain then you will just have to remove the file/link from the server and the server won't be seized.
