I bought plan F for testing purpose (first time to use sBorg) and it was mentioned 1 free install ticket.
Now I want to install it on my vps and I entered email and ticked ID on the install page and it says "Running install
You have ran out of licenses. Buy more now"

I used the ticked I got on my paypal email.I didn't use it before and it was my first try.
Maybe the ticked is used on the plan when we buy it ?

Yea, sorry about the misunderstanding. I've edited the plans page on our site to say "free setup" instead of "1 free install ticket" to avoid any such misunderstandings.

Fileserve has this weird problem from time to time. Try adding www in front of the domain.
