Need some to register me an account on a forum.

Right i need some to register me an account on this forum as i cant do it myself.The forum is

the reason i cant do it is that the dont take public email address like hotmail/gmail and so on,and i cant use my sites one as there a problem with the mails so i cant use that.Would be glad if some one can help.
